FEMme Foundations is a functional wellness program and is not billed through insurance. The $497 enrollment fee covers your wellness intake review, comprehensive lab panel, clinical analysis presentation, and curated treatment recommendation. Many clients find this investment is comparable to — or less than — multiple specialist co-pays without the personalized guidance.

After you complete your intake form, a SpaFEMME team member will follow up within 24 hours to confirm your enrollment and guide you through the lab process. Lab results typically return within 5–10 business days. Your clinical analysis and treatment plan consultation is then scheduled at your convenience.

Once you submit the intake form, the SpaFEMME team will review your responses and contact you personally — by phone, text, or email based on your preference — to confirm your enrollment, explain the lab process, and answer any questions before you move forward.

SpaFEMME offers both in-person appointments in North Fontana, California, and virtual consultations. Lab work is coordinated through a third-party lab provider so you can complete testing at a location convenient to you.

The FEMme Foundations lab panel is curated specifically to your intake responses and goals. It typically includes hormone levels, metabolic markers, thyroid function, inflammation indicators, and nutrient levels — going well beyond what a standard annual exam covers. Every panel is personalized, not generic.

All clinical consultation fees — including intake review, clinical analysis, and personalized lab panel creation — are non-refundable once services have been rendered. If labs are ordered through a third-party lab provider, any refunds for the lab portion are subject to that provider's cancellation policy. In documented medical or emergency situations, SpaFEMME reviews exceptions at its discretion.
